Homeowners who own their home outright reported a score of 7.9 compared with 5.1 for renters. This was amongst several financial wellness findings outlined in the report, commissioned by Your Financial Wellness and supported by Teachers Mutual Bank Limited. Overall the report found that almost one in two (46%) of Australians experience some form of financial stress.
